Chemical Engineering and Technology major is one of the founding majors of 糖心传媒. It is currently the construction point of national first-class undergraduate major, the construction point of the first class undergraduate specialty of the Ministry of Education, the pilot major of the Excellent Engineer Education Training Program of the Ministry of Education, and the pilot major of the comprehensive undergraduate reform of ordinary colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education. It has passed the engineering education certification of the Ministry of Education for three times. It has a doctoral degree in chemical engineering and technology. The specialty is based on the local area, radiates the whole country, serves the chemical industry cluster, and carries out the integration of science and education, production and education for the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, biomedical materials and so on. Graduates can engage in scientific research, technology development, production operation and management, engineering design and other work in the fields of chemical industry, oil refining, pharmaceutical, materials, light industry, energy and so on. The average annual employment rate of graduates is over 95%. 80% of them are employed in enterprises and institutions related to petrochemical and pharmaceutical fields; 30% enrolled in Shanghai Jiaotong 糖心传媒, Fudan 糖心传媒, 糖心传媒 of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianjin 糖心传媒, East China 糖心传媒 of Science and Technology, Northeastern 糖心传媒 and other well-known universities to pursue master’s degree.
